His expertise and deep knowledge have led him to collaborate with collectors, museums, scholars, and curators worldwide.

Keegan worked at Les Enluminures for sixteen years, serving as Vice President and playing a leading role in acquisitions, sales, and scholarship. He holds degrees in the History of Art from Roosevelt University and the Courtauld Institute of Art. His passion for learning, research, and teaching continues to shape his work.

In 2023, he founded his own company with a commitment to sharing his expertise and helping clients acquire rare and exceptional works of art.
